As I was waiting for a reaction to my letter...

My letter to the "bouquet" of authorities responsible for the "Propreté Publique" and "Bruxelles-Propreté" was very critical with respect to their lack of effectiveness in managing their activities, inefficient operators and inspectors, lack of consideration towards their noble mission, and total lack of respect for the quality of life and well-being of the habitants of the quartier DeJoncker/Bosquet.

So I was expecting a strong reaction from their part.

To my huge surprise..., this Wednesday morning, after the passage and collecte by Bruxelles-Propreté, the entire Rue Bosquet was left full of garbage bags. Not collected !!!
The garbage bags on rue DeJoncker have been collected, but the ones on rue Bosquet, noT !!

And there was no way that one could have collected the garbage bags on Rue Dejoncker without needing to pass with the vehicle via rue Bosquet !!!
It is the only way to get out.


So my guess was that ...
the garbage bags on rue Bosquet were left there ON PURPOSE !!!


So this was the answer that Bruxelles-Proprete had to my letters of complaint !!


Wow !!
I told this to Marie C. and she said that I am even more paranoid than she is !!!







So while I was thinking maybe I should be hiring myself a bodyguard ...
here is what happened next !!!

Probably, also in reaction to my complaint about the inactivity of their INSPECTEURS,
Bruxelles-Proprete has decided to send one today (to prove me wrong).

The inspector guy sat in his car for about 20 minutes, probably trying to figure out HOW on earth was it possible for Bruxelles-Proprete to leave all the garbage bags on Rue Bosquet, after collecting the garbage bags on Rue Dejonker.
What could be the explanation ??

Anyway, he called a "special TEAM" of Bruxelles-Proprete, and following a heated discussion, they finally collected ALL garbage bags and disappeared ...
